Week 21 – Redefining Miracles

I found the beginning part of the webinar a little to scientific for me – difficult to get my head around. Talking about protons, neutrons and electrons and the space between atoms. We then went on to hear about how everything is relative, that there is more nothing than something, even in things that appear to have more something than nothing… eh? That the perception that things are solid and stationary is an illusion. Everything is in motion, even if it appears to be standing still. I eventually began to grasp the magnitude of what was being relayed to us and the purpose behind the physics lesson!

I realize it is necessary to have an understanding of how everything works. As the webinar moved on to Harmony, I began to recognize what was being explained to us – everything around us is a Miracle. The very essence is miraculous. Basically all objects are electrons, which means energy from electrons can  create the universal mind by passing from one to another.  Understanding that the universal power, Omnipotent, the all knowing, Omniscient and the presence everywhere, Omnipresent Creator is ever present is incredible. This understanding will bring me the sense of power I have yet to know and the belief in this truth will set me free.

The mastermind session this week was pretty lively. Discussion about miracles and what that means to any individual. For me, being Catholic, a miracle would normally be reserved for those special beings, Jesus the Teacher, disciples, saints. But, in reality miracles can be everywhere, in everyone and in everything, we just need to understand and LOT – learn, observe and think. Miracles do not have to be large they can be small, whether St. Peter’s Dome or an atom. We just have to allow ourselves to open up to all the possibilities around us.

After all, I am nature’s greatest miracle!

Week 20 – Imagination

This week we were concentrating on The Comfort Zone; what is it? How does it effects us? The components are as follows: Fear, Guilt, Unworthiness, Hurt feelings, and Anger. All of these are legitimate emotions but get in the way of our ability of doing what must be done! For me, working through and coming to terms with them has been difficult. In particular fear! I wrote about fear in Week 17. However, here is a short breakdown on how they affect me:

Fear – of not achieving holds me back from achieving
Guilt – being wealthy is not a good thing
Anger – at myself for being lazy and procrastinating
Hurt feelings – taking things personally
Unworthiness – of having success

We are learning how to use these emotions to our advantage! We have to understand what the cause is so that we can make the change. Plan… what am I going to achieve, how am I going to achieve and how many Springs do I have left!! So much to do in so little time, that’s what they say, right? But that is not how to look at it. Legacy, how do I want to be remembered, time is only as short as you want it to be; hours, minutes, seconds and moments! Each moment can be a life time, make each count and DO IT NOW!  “I live this day as if it is my last!”

Imagination is only a bridge to enthusiasm; all the exercises we have done to date and will continue to do stimulate imagination. Thought to belief with action will bring results, the ability to make decisions and think alone. We know with each failure there will be the opportunity to find success. Perseverance and gratitude will provide the opportunity to give and serve, to touch someone’s life or to make a difference! “I am here for a purpose and that purpose is to be a mountain and not a grain of sand”.

We looked at the Pyramid of Success Progression and learned how every week we have been preparing and fulfilling each step of this progression. It is truly amazing how the MKE team has it just right! Thanks.

Finally, we know our dreams are worth pursuing, both fear and anger fire our imagination, but we must not opt for the comfort zone, we must push forward with every ounce we have to ensure that we actually feel discomfort which is part of the process to success. It is our choice, always CHOICE.

To become inspired means to get out of the beaten path, out of the rut, because
extraordinary results require extraordinary means. When we come into a recognition
of the Unity of all things and that the source of all power is within, we tap the source
of inspiration.

Week 19 – En-thu-siasm

No webinar this week due to the Super Bowl – I was truly enthusiastic about this game until the Vikings lost the playoff game to the Eagles!!  Very disappointing, however, they had a tremendous season and I am once again enthusiastic about their achieving the ultimate outcome next season!!  GO VIKES!

Hannel explained to us this week that “We have come then to know that Mind is the only principle which is operative in the physical, mental, moral and spiritual world.”  Thought is powerful, constructive, and positive and is reflected in the state of your health, your business and your environment. We must maintain a positive outlook at all times, for to be negative, weak, critical and destructive will also be reflected in your health, business and environment.

All must and will be achieved with thoughtful enthusiasm.

I always keep my promises.

Week 18 – Persistence

There is a change in the thought of the world. This change is silently transpiring in our midst, and is more important than any which the world has undergone since the downfall of Paganism.” ~ Hannel

Persistence is my Makeover this week which is very much needed. Keep moving forward to achieve the new person and the new life. There will always be the past me and now the future me; which do I want and need to be? I have to believe that I am worthy of receiving and giving; I must sell me on me and authentically believe it! Understanding that life does not stand still but constantly moves, means that we have to keeping moving toward it and with it or we will be unable to achieve all that we can be.

How can this new self be achieved – HOW – Honesty is vital along with authenticity, without it you will not make the ‘sale’; Open mindedness, being willing to participate fully; Willingness to discover-it-all. Very powerful and helps me to focus on my passion born out of purpose, giving me that fire in my belly. Knowing that any challenge is truly a blessing. Focus and Persistence.

I always keep my promises.

Week 17 Hero’s Journey

How could I think of myself as a Hero? I don’t run into burning buildings or put my life on the line serving our country! That’s what Hero’s do, right!!  I learned that that is not the case. A Hero comes in many forms you don’t have to put your life on the line, but you can save a life in very many different ways, including your own.

The cement that surrounds us, that we are heavily chipping away at, holds us back from doing and participating in the Hero’s Journey. I know that the way I was brought up has a lot to do with what holds me back, being told that I am a dreamer – which was bad; that I was too fat, too short, and not worthy. I know that these messages have and continue to hold me back, creates fear and stops me from seeing symbols that show me the meaning to life!

I will work hard to change, to see the symbols, and embrace, as Aimee says, “our heart breaking strengths and glorious defects”! Be a purpose driven self; Be the person you were meant to be – rebirth! Davene reminded me that I am the architect of my own identity, that others censored natural curiosity. So what? Take charge, let go and look for a way into the miracle of my potential.

I always keep my promises.

Week 17 – Power and Happiness

This weeks webinar was very poignant, and really brought about some deep emotions surrounding fear.

My makeover word this week is courage and this is what is needed. I have very conflicting feelings about some decisions my husband and I have made. We have bought a new home and we will be moving to it very shortly. This will mean leaving family, friends and work in Minnesota and starting over in Wisconsin. I am conflicted because I know this is the right course of action for us and must be done to ensure my husband has a less stressful work life so we can manage his cancer, and that he is near his daughter who is expecting our first grandchild. However, this means I have to leave a job that I like and try and find a new one that can provide us with a reasonable income, plus we are committed to building our home based business in the new area too! There is so much going on, some of which I can control and others I cannot… I am excited and fearful. I do believe my procrastination is due to fear, fear of the unknown, so I must tap into my courage, ensure it is strong and use the mantra DO IT NOW at every turn!

Haanel spells it out exactly for me this week:
If you wish to eliminate fear, concentrate on courage
If you wish to eliminate lack, concentrate on abundance
If you wish to eliminate disease, concentrate on health

My sit is still difficult for me, as I am only able to tune everything out for a few minutes at a time, even so, each one of these sentences is exactly what I need to concentrate on and I will do so!

Mark’s kicker this week was asking us if we have given ourselves permission to find power and happiness. I do believe I have given myself the power to succeed and I have certainly given my self permission to be happy and will continue to be so with my soul-mate, I just have to access the primal power within to conquer my fears!!!

I grant myself permission to be happy and access and use the primal
power within.

I always keep my promises,
Heather Hinke

Week 16 – Kindness

We had the opportunity this week to participate in Kindness and see the Law of Growth in action. Mark challenged us to practice and see acts of kindness and post them in the applicable area every day for a week. If the challenge of over 8,000 posts was met, he would go out and HUG a large number of people on Saturday (between 600-800).  We did achieve this goal quite substantially, and we saw not only Mark hugging, but others around the world too. Pretty Cool!!!

Kindness and gratitude is in the eye of the beholder and quite honestly is about self-discovery. It is quite incredible how performing or receiving small acts of kindness can actually make someones day. Just saying hello or wishing them a great day brings a smile or a ‘thank you’! Every day tasks such as holding the door open for the person behind you – amazing how often people do NOT do this. This happened to me the other day. The man in front of me just walked on through the door and let it close before I reached the door. It would only have been a matter of seconds for me to reach him! But, as I did reach the door, the man coming through from the other way, actually held the door open for me BEFORE going through it himself – an act of kindness, which he was very loudly thanked for and received a BIG smile 🙂

Discovering how kind you are to others is very rewarding. I had not realized how often I thank people for their help/service or offer to help them; provide a warm hello with a big smile and wish them a wonderful day! By observing myself and others it truly is incredible how abundant kindness is.

We have also learned this week that harmony and happiness are states of consciousness and do not depend upon the possession of things. That we should acquire the mental attitude which will bring about the result desired through scientific or correct thinking.
